The DZ-S pneumatic knife gate valve is mainly applied to the required rapid two way switch control pipeline, which needs 3-10 seconds of opening and closing time. Working Air pressure of DZ-S should be above 0.6Mpa, otherwise the valve plate will not move or move slowly. This valve’s suitable medium is the same as manual knife gate valve’s. The upper body of the valve is a pneumatic, therefore, installation position should be reserved in advance, valve should be installed vertically and the maximum tilt angle can’t exceed 45 degrees. Besides, the valve must be installed in tilt and make a support for the cylinder when valve size comes large.
The actuator of the pneumatic knife gate valve is, two types for selection, a triplet connected by cylinder+a three-position four-way valve or a triplet connected by cylinder+a solenoid valve. There is a distinction for selecting a solenoid valve(DC 24V or AC 220V).

The analog control knife gate valve is a kind of valve control mode that can realize remote control. The biggest characteristic of this valve is that it can be easily controlled in the centralized control room. The valve is equipped with a locator and an air pressure reducing valve on the basis of the original pneumatic valve. The locator needs to input a 4-20mA Input signal on EP port and 4～20mA output signal on PTM port(Feedback signal), then computer in central control room will know the status of the valve which will lighten the labor and the Inspector needn’t to observe opening status of the valve on the spot. The electric hydraulic knife gate valve is a kind of valve form, adopted motor driven hydraulic oil that acts on rod and moves up and down movement. Its main features are: The valve plate can run steady when the valve is opened or closed; Moreover, the power of hydraulic pressure is great, then this hydraulic valve is extremely effective when it is used in installing under great resistance. A distribution box is needed to control the hydraulic motor of the hydraulic head, when the installation happens. Besides, two travel switches needs to install on valve support up and down and a touch rod should be installed on valve plate. When the valve is opened(press the start button on distribution box), the valve plate goes up, and the valve will stop automatically when the rod touches travel switch of the top; When the valve is shut down(press the stop button on distribution box), the valve plate will move down, and the valve will stop automatically when the rod touches travel switch of the bottom. The valve is equipped with limit switch, which can realize the automatic power-off function when the switch is in place. The electrical appliances are not lower than Schneider's equivalent products;
