2.Main Features

The impeller, volute and guard plate of YZS and YZD alumina slurry pump series adopt the solid-liquid two-phase flow hydraulic model developed by domestic famous universities according to the characteristics of alumina slurry. This design has high efficiency, cavitation resistance, no local wear phenomenon, and its wear resistance is higher than that of slurry pump used in alumina industry.

The flow passage parts of the pump have high interchangeability; Although the flow passage parts of YZS and YZD type alumina process series slurry pumps are different from those used in alumina industry at present, they can be interchanged, fully meeting the needs of users for the flow passage parts and spare parts of YZS and YZD type alumina process series slurry pumps.

The shaft seal of YZS and YZD type alumina process series slurry pump is a combined structure of "power seal and mechanical seal".
